At 4J Ranch, we don’t believe in sitting in blinds and waiting, we chase down wild hogs from ATVs, UTVs, and Side-by-Sides in a full-throttle, one-day hunt that’s guaranteed to deliver. Our guided wild pig hunts are fast, fun, and built for making memories. No license required, no hidden fees, and no stress – just you, your crew, and nonstop hog hunting action.

Why One Day Beats a 3-Day Hunt (and Costs Less Overall)

Most Texas hog hunting packages look cheaper until you do the math. A “$700 hunt” that requires two days and two nights means travel days, hotel or lodge nights, meals, and time off work. At 4J Ranch, you drive in from Dallas, Houston, or College Station in the morning, chase hogs from Side-by-Sides all day, and sleep in your own bed that night.

Beyond the Hunt

The experience doesn’t stop when the shooting does. Your hunt includes access to our private gun range with 20 steel targets reaching out to 150 yards. We’ll help get your firearm sighted in before the hunt, and our guides will track, retrieve, and stage your hogs for memorable photos.

You’ll have access to our on-site cabin with a bathroom, and covered areas around the ranch and gun range for staying dry in the rain or cool in the heat. Optional skinning and quartering is available for $50 per hog, and the wild hog meat is some of the most flavorful free-range meat you’ll ever taste.

No gear? No problem. We rent out a full selection of semi-automatic and fully automatic rifles that you can use during the hunt or at the range. Want to take it up a notch? Try a crossbow, a spear, a sword — even a baseball bat for the bold. And before you leave, we usually blow something up with Tannerite just to make sure your day ends with a bang.
